Donna B. Stepp opened her first Monroe law office in 1998 after serving as a prosecutor in North Carolina’s 20th Judicial District. Today, the firm brings deep family-law experience to separation, divorce, custody, and all financial matters, whether through mediation, negotiation, or litigation.
As a boutique firm, we are selective about our team and intentional about communication. Each client has a lead attorney and staff members assigned to their case, while the whole office stays familiar with the work ahead.
